Delivery Information
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible after we receive your cleared payment.
It may take 1-4 business days for us to prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier. In case of bank holidays, over the Christmas period or at other high volume periods (for example Black Friday), please allow a few extra working days for dispatch and delivery.
Orders are shipped from our logistics centre in Poland. For deliveries to the UK we cover all charges related to customs clearance.
Orders are sent via the DPD, GLS and UPS courier service.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to change anything in your order. Please note that most changes will require cancellation of the current order and placing a new one. Once the order reaches a certain stage of fulfilment ,we won't be able to make any changes or cancel your order!
Total amount to pay for your order will be the item/s price plus any delivery charges (if any, specified separately), which will be shown during the checkout process.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only.
All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures.
Special delivery instructions serve as guidance only and may not be followed by the carrier.
If we need to split your order, you'll only be charged once for delivery. However if you've asked for the order to be split, you'll need to pay postage on each shipment.
A proof of delivery (signature) may be required upon delivery.
Deliveries do not take place on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Damaged or incorrectly supplied products
Returns Information
As a customer from the UK or the EU you have the right to cancel your contract with us for any reason, at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods ordered (note: if products are delivered separately, the 14-day period starts on the day you receive or the third party indicated by you receives the last item).
You’ll need to tell us clearly that you wish to cancel your order by email or by post.
We will arrange free of charge pickup (for the UK, a printer is necessary to print the collection note), or we will show you further steps if collection is not possible.
If you have contacted us to cancel before your products arrived, though your order will have been cancelled, delivery cannot be interrupted. Please refuse any delivery of cancelled products.
Please send back the items no later than 14 days after telling us your wish to cancel (the deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 14 days has expired).
Effect of Cancellation – Refunds
Any delivery cost charged to your order will be included in your refund once we have received all (not part) of your order.
Please note that we have the right to limit delivery charge refund to the value of standard delivery.
Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the products using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you provide us with evidence that you have returned the goods (proof of dispatch), we will proceed with the refund without waiting for your return to reach us.
If you cancelled your order and there were no goods supplied, your refund will be issued within 14 days after the day on which we were informed about your decision to cancel.
You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
For further information about your statutory rights, contact your local authority or consumer advice centre (for example the Citizen’s Advice Bureau if you are living in the UK).
30-day Goodwill Return Policy – UK/EU Customers
We want you to love what you ordered, so in addition to your cancellation rights as described above, if you change your mind, we offer you an extended time to do it.
Our goodwill return policy (where we have no legal right to accept your return) is offered on items that you request to return within 30 days of receipt.
Returned goods must in the same condition you received them (with tags).
Remember to take reasonable care of your items when testing them, as we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.
